Li-ion и Li-po как заряжать!??

Уважаемые люди знающие!
Подскажите, если зарядное устройство предназначено для зарядки Li-po акамуляторов можно ли им заряжать Li-ion!??
И как лучше заряжать спаянные последовательно 3 банки!??

По большому счету - нельзя - алгоритмы заряда разные. 3 последовательных банки нужно заряжать специальной балансной зарядкой.

А я фонарь модернизировал как-то на 27 светодиодов, который изначально был от свинца 4В и все СИДы параллельно.
Наколупал СИДов из старых "севших" фонарей, подобрал по группам, сделал цепочка 3шт + резистор, 9 цепочек, на 12В.
MC34063 степ-ап на 12В. По 2 последовательно 18650 - 3 пары.
На TL431 + какойто КТ9 (вроде 921) в качестве ограничителя разряда АКБ.
LM317 в режиме ограничения тока + еще одна 317 в режиме ограничения напряжения.
Балансиры так и не поставил. Тупо стало западло. Однако работает всё замечательно.
Из опыта установил что ТЛ431 и биполяр не лучшая защита ибо гасит напряжение постепенно, требуется компаратор дабы гасить сразу.
Если применить балансиры то можно обойтись только стабилизатором тока.

ЗЫ Не знаю к теме или нет но думаю поможет кому =)
